Harley-Davidson of Erie
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Odyssey Builders, Inc. and the other 25 local area subcontractors and equipment suppliers that built our new motorcycle dealership. The combined efforts and cooperation among each of the businesses and their workers resulted in the completion of the 45,000-square foot, state-of-the-art facility in only 80 days and enabled us to open our new store in time for this year's Roar on the Shore bike rally. Our staff had a great sense of pride as they welcomed motorcyclists from around the country into our new dealership, and we all enjoyed the repeated comments from the visitors that the facility "was one of the best Harley-Davidson dealerships that they had ever visited." We truly appreciate the continued support of our customers and the Erie community, and we look forward to and even more exciting future in our new location.

It was indeed a pleasure to have the Odyssey Team working in our building on our lower level renovation project. David Harms and Mark Woodel were always very professional and skillful and showed great pride in representing the company well. We are quite pleased with the workmanship of all Odyssey employees and subcontractors involved with the project and very happy with the final product. In addition to the quality of the professional work, we remain grateful for the generosity Odyssey has shown to the Children's Musuem throughout this project. By working with us in so many ways to keep the project costs within our budget, you and your team have shown meaningful support for our mission of enriching the lives of children - and we are grateful. In fact, we would like to commemorate Odyssey Builders' role in the renovation of our new lower level with a special handprint tile project, and I'll be in touch in the near future with more details.

renovation and expansion of the Asbury Woods Nature Center was part of
$3.7 million in capital improvements at Asbury Woods Nature Center and
Greenway. The project included the renovation of the 1931 Behrend
Cottage and a 7,800 sq. ft. “green” addition. In addition extensive
site work included storm water detention, utility upgrade, all new
parking, sidewalks, driveways and site landscaping.
especially proud of the environmentally sustainable “green” features
including a “green” vegetative roof, geothermal heating and cooling,
passive solar heating and lighting, re-use of existing site and
historic cottage , extensive use of recycled materials and on-site
lumber, reduction and recycling of construction waste and native plant
very pleased with Odyssey Builder’s cooperative approach in
facilitating the construction of this unique project. From the top
down, Odyssey Builders met the challenge with great skill. A good
example is the vegetative “green” roof which required unique layers of
waterproofing, edging, support and drainage. Odyssey worked closely
with our team of architects, landscapers and roofing suppliers to work
out on-site solutions to make this beautiful roof work at our
location. Another case was in the use of on-site lumber sawed on site
from trees that had to be removed for construction. Odyssey worked
with us to find the most appropriate use of the wood and advised us on
how to best dry, plane and treat the wood for this use.
crews went above and beyond in helping us to protect 70 year old trees
inside the construction site. I was especially impressed with how
they helped our staff salvage 28 roof trusses from an old garage to be
re-used in a new maple syrup sugar shack.

of the work is matched by the professional demeanor with which the
